4. Candidate Responsibilities

• Candidates must provide truthful details regarding qualifications, experience, and background.
• Starlite Consultancy is not responsible for employment termination due to misrepresentation by candidates.

5. Fees & Payments

• Service charges, consultancy fees, and placement fees are applicable as per agreed terms.
• Payments must be made on time. Any delay may result in suspension of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Starlite Consultancy acts as an intermediary between employers and candidates.
• We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from employment agreements between clients and candidates.

7. Confidentiality

All shared information will be kept confidential and used only for recruitment and placement purposes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
